Notes

  • All Registrations from 16th July 2026 will be considered as spot registration.
  • Regiatration is mandatory for all participants.
  • The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, Conference meals and delegate kit bag.
  • The category of Associate Delegate includes only spouse, children & dependent family members, if any.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations cancelled 2 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 50% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.
  • After 30th April 2026 no requests for refund will be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed after two weeks of conference date in the same account which you have used during the registration process.
